Corporate onboarding

Replace a folder of documents with a clear employee journey

Kamilya brings internal materials, training, knowledge checks, and completion results together in one process.

Internal documents

Use the organization's instructions, policies, and materials as sources for preparing a course.

Role-based journey

Build a sequence of topics and tasks for a role, department, or stage of onboarding.

Course and assessment

An instructional designer reviews the content and questions before publication and assignment to an employee.

Completion tracking

HR and managers see the assignment, progress, and assessment result without compiling reports manually.

How it works

Documents → course → assessment → assignment → a trackable result

Every step remains under the control of the responsible specialists in your organization.

  1. 1

    Upload materials

Add job descriptions, internal rules, and other approved sources.

  2. 2

    Prepare and review the course

Refine the structure, lessons, and assessment questions before publication.

  3. 3

    Assign it to an employee

Choose the appropriate course and assign it to an employee, role, or department.

  4. 4

    Track the result

Review status, progress, and assessment results in the training record.

Questions

What to consider before rollout

Do we need our own documents for the demo?

No. We will first discuss your needs and show a training example. If you would like to review your own material, choose one instruction and remove confidential information before sharing it.

Does Kamilya automatically authorize an employee to work?

No. Kamilya records training and assessment results; work authorization decisions and internal procedures remain the organization's responsibility.

Can onboarding be tailored to different roles?

Different published courses can be prepared and assigned to roles and departments within an agreed process.

Is this a recruitment service or an HR records system?

No. This page covers training for new and existing employees. Kamilya does not manage candidate recruitment or HR records and does not offer a library of ready-made templates.

Let's discuss training new employees in your company

Tell us who needs training and what they need to learn. We will show a course, assessment, and progress tracking with an example — no documents are needed for the first conversation.

Kamilya does not replace digital signatures, HR decisions, or your internal process for authorizing an employee to work.
