Data we collect
Your name, company name, work email, phone number when provided, company size and industry, comments, page language, referral source, UTM tags and the GCLID advertising identifier when available.
Purposes and legal basis
We use the data to process your request, arrange a demonstration or trial, prepare an individual B2B agreement, operate the website and improve it. By submitting the form, you provide separate consent; its version and the submission time are recorded.
Consent parameters
Consent applies to the personal data subject named in the form and remains valid until the processing purposes are fulfilled or consent is withdrawn. Data may be shared with the third parties described below for processing and is not distributed through public sources.
Recipients and external processing
Authorised operator personnel and providers of hosting, infrastructure, communications, web analytics and advertising attribution may access data only to the extent necessary. External processing may include cross-border data transfer. We do not sell contact data.
Storage in Kazakhstan
For commercial customers, Kamilya ensures that the primary database, uploaded files and backups are stored in Kazakhstan. The environment is deployed for the specific customer and recorded in an individual B2B agreement.
Measurement and cookies
Technical data, UTM tags and GCLID may be retained in the browser session so the source of a request is not lost. After consent and successful form submission, Google Ads may receive a technical conversion event without a name, email, phone number, company or message text.
